Refund Policy - the basics

Please note that we do not offer refunds for tutoring services. Instead, students have the flexibility to reschedule for another available session at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have been missed or canceled, regardless of prior notice.

No-Show Policy

Students who do not attend a scheduled session with or without giving prior notice will be charged the full session fee, and no refund will be provided in such cases. However, they be will allowed to make it up in another tutoring session.
